Tell us whether you are considering Mount Toubkal, M’Goun, Siroua, Saghro or the Draa and Sahara route. Mention preferred duration, recent walking and whether winter or camping is relevant. Questions about porter support, refuge nights or technical items should name the trip.
Cycling questions
Identify MTB, e-bike or gravel and describe recent riding distance and surfaces. Ask explicitly about bicycle provision, sizing, pedals, helmet, batteries or support if those details affect your decision. Do not rely on the activity title as an equipment commitment.
Ski touring questions
Include touring and off-piste experience, preferred dates and equipment questions. Snow and avalanche conditions govern objectives, and two programmes do not yet have verified prices. A reply should clarify current information without guaranteeing snow or a summit.
For any activity, avoid sending passport details, payment-card numbers or sensitive medical records through the general contact form. Begin with the practical information needed to answer the enquiry; the team can explain what is required later if arrangements progress.
