Information submitted through this website
The contact form accepts a name, email address, optional phone and subject, message and consent confirmation. A trip booking request can also include the selected trip, preferred departure date, flexibility, adult and child counts, country, preferred language and message. Anti-spam and rate-limiting controls may process technical request information.
How submitted information is used
Form information is used to store and respond to an enquiry, review a booking request, communicate about the selected trip and manage the request in the protected dashboard. The website does not currently implement an online-payment checkout.
Trip relationship and snapshots
Booking requests relate to trips by database ID and retain a trip-name snapshot for administrative continuity. Public category and trip URLs support navigation but are not used as the booking record’s primary relationship.
Email delivery and service providers
The application can send form notifications to a recipient configured in Website Settings. Hosting, email and other technical providers may process information as needed to operate the service. The final provider list and contractual safeguards require owner confirmation.
Security
The application uses Laravel validation, CSRF protection, controlled administrative access, rate limiting and honeypot fields. No internet service can promise absolute security. Access should be limited to people who need information for legitimate enquiry and booking administration.
Retention and deletion
Approved retention periods have not yet been supplied. The dashboard supports management and deletion of contact and booking records, but the owner must define when records should be removed and how legal or operational obligations apply.
Cookies and analytics
Website Settings can contain controlled analytics identifiers, but a final consent and cookie policy must reflect the services actually enabled at launch. This page does not claim that no cookies exist or that a specific analytics provider is active without that configuration audit.
