How to Book

Plan your Morocco adventure

A clear, personal booking process

Choose an itinerary and send a booking request through its trip page. The Isouktan Expeditions team will review your request, check the details with you and confirm the arrangements before your journey is finalised. Submitting the form is a request, not an instant booking or online payment.

Step 1

Choose a trip

Browse trekking, hiking, mountain biking and ski touring adventures, then select the itinerary that best matches your interests.

Step 2

Review the details

Read the itinerary, difficulty, practical information, inclusions and exclusions shown on the trip page. Note anything you want to clarify.

Step 3

Send your request

Use the booking form on the selected trip page to share your contact details, preferred date, group size and any questions or special requests.

Step 4

Confirm availability

The team reviews the request and follows up to confirm availability and clarify the itinerary or practical arrangements with you.

Step 5

Finalise arrangements

Once the trip details are agreed, follow the confirmation and arrangement information supplied directly by Isouktan Expeditions.

Step 6

Prepare to travel

Review the final itinerary, practical guidance and equipment list, then ask any remaining questions before departure.

Private and custom requests

Tell us what you are looking for

If you are planning a private journey, travelling with your own group or cannot find the right itinerary, use the contact form to describe your preferred activity, dates and group needs.

A custom enquiry starts a conversation. The team can respond based on the information you provide; availability and final arrangements still require confirmation.

Before sending the form

Choose from evidence, not only the trip title

Begin with the All Trips catalogue and open the routes that match your activity. Compare day-by-day stages, duration, region, difficulty where available, practical information and structured inclusions. A two-day Mount Toubkal trek and a seven-day Lake Ifni circuit share a summit area but create very different journeys. The same applies to a one-day Atlas bike ride and a ten-day gravel tour.

If price is shown, check the relevant tier and currency rather than assuming the first number applies to every group. The four-day and seven-day ski expeditions intentionally display no price because their sources do not contain verified amounts. Contact the team for current information; do not interpret a hidden price as zero or a free service.

Read the equipment guide and accommodation notes, but give the selected trip page priority. General guidance cannot confirm bicycle provision, technical winter kit, room type, luggage support or transfers for every itinerary.

What happens after a request?

The website stores the request against the selected trip ID and sends the submitted details through the existing booking workflow. The category and clean public URL help you navigate but do not determine the booking relationship.

The team can then review availability, dates, party details and questions. Confirmation and any final financial arrangements happen through subsequent communication. The website does not currently claim instant availability, automated checkout, a deposit rule or an online-payment process.

Prepare after details are agreed

Once arrangements are confirmed, keep the final itinerary and practical information together. Review personal equipment, travel documents, accommodation expectations and the meeting plan. Raise changes promptly, especially if health, experience, group size or dates differ from the original request.

Terms, cancellation rules and payment conditions require owner-confirmed business wording. Do not infer them from generic travel websites. Refer to the communication supplied for your confirmed arrangement and ask whenever a condition is unclear.

A detailed request helps avoid assumptions

“I want to trek in Morocco” is a useful starting point, but a few more details make comparison easier. Mention whether you prefer a summit, valleys, remote camping, desert walking, cycling or winter travel. Give an honest picture of recent activity and any technical experience. If dates are flexible, say so.

For groups, include adults and children accurately and explain whether everyone has similar experience. Ask about any essential room arrangement, equipment need or dietary concern before confirmation. The team can only evaluate information that has been shared.

If you are choosing between specific products, include their names. This keeps the reply connected to the authoritative itinerary instead of creating vague commitments that may not apply.

Keep a copy of the request and subsequent confirmation. If anything differs from the public page, ask for clarification before making travel commitments.
